Quick construction turnaround with homes generally completed between 3-5 months from obtaining building permit.
Project Timeline
Liase with in-house designers to develope custom home
Submit plans to councel for planning approval. Planning approval generally takes 60-90 working days. Approbal may not be required if the design achieves full compliance with the R-codes.
Once planning approval is granted, the supporting documents are then developed which includes: Energy efficiency report, engineering and certificate of design compliance. Other documents may be required such as BAL report & acoustic assement but varies depending on location.
Submit plan to council for the building permit. This will take 10-15 working days to obtain the building permit.
Once the building permit is obtained, the house can then generally be constructed within 3-5 months with out Insul-Living System.
